Hi everybody
i have HMS400 and i configured 16 minibar items and there is 8 channels for minibar application
the pilot DN for minibar is 774
when i dial 774 it asks about the ID and password then it asks about the quantity then * then item number
til now everything going fine
but when it asks press 1 to confirm and i press 1 to confirm but it says the request is canceled
does any one face like this problem can give me advice
