I am having some issue with HMS400 and I am wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction.
The auto attendant in HMS is not answering incoming calls or calls to voice mail. it was working fine, no changes where made. HMS is connected and pulling data from the pbx (cs1k) and sending it to PMS, all the seems to be fine but the voice mail extension rings continuously without an answer. I have restarted the server, the voice channels and the tty port. what else should i be looking at?
