Here's my problem in CR 8.5

I'm returning 3 items essentially:

Contract Number
Days Open
Contract amount

I'm trying to create a graph to show a correlation with the legnth a contract is open and the amount the contract costs. I would love a scatter chart with days opened on the X axis and contract cost on the Y axis. If my suppositions are correct it should produce a graph where the longer an item is open the more it costs.

I am having a horrid time creating this graph as I can't get CR to actually create the scatter graph they seem to be asking for more information than I can provide.

Any Ideas?
