HMC Boot Sequence help

I'm trying to talk a technician through changing the boot sequence on my HMC and can’t seem to find the right area in the ‘setup’. I’m not very experienced with the HMC so it’s a learning experience for both of us.
Can anyone tell me step by step how to get into the area to make my cd/dvd device the first place the HMC looks for boot files?

I'm not an expert in seting HMC as this was done by the IBM Engineer in our area! But that's a suggested place to read thru
