Does anybody know where can I find a manual or something like it about HLLAPI in the web??

Try looking for something from IBM on EHLLAPI. IBM uses HLLAPI in their Emulator "Personal Communications" (PERCOM), used to connect to the mainframe. This is an API if that helps. I think there may be some examples of hllapi code with the PERCOM Software. We use a product called Decision Analyzer that uses EHLLAPI. Basically Decision Analyzer biggybacks on top of a PERCOM Session.
