HI

I am using windows XP Home.

In the system configuration untility on the startup tab I have the following entries with no startup item or command just the following location.

Can anybody let me know what they are as I googled etc and have not found any info.

hkcu\software\microsoft\windows\current version\run

hklm\software\microsoft\windows\current version\run

Thanks

These are used by XP. HKCU stands for HKEY_CURRENT_USER and HKLM stands for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE. Do a Google search for "hklm xp" and then "hkcu xp" and I'm sure you'll get results.
