I rarely use this mode, With voicemail turned OFF, I understand it rings agents in order, based on the no answer time and availability, but the docs don't say what happens when it gets to the last one in the list, does it start back at the top? What happens?
Thanks Joe, I did read the help files and looked at the knowledgebase and even tried google, it'd didn't say or maybe I'm blind. I'm probably blind. I've ran into many Avaya documented issues, where it doesn't say in the help files, but says on the knowledgebase and vice versa, it's really fun trying to find info sometimes.
Amriddle, I usually do, but I felt like being lazy this Monday
Any call received by the Sales hunt group is first presented to Jane if she is available. If Jane is not available or does not answer within 15 seconds the call is presented to Peter. If Peter is not available or does not answer within 15 seconds the call goes Anne. Since voicemail is not on, the call will continue to be presented around the group members in that order until it is answered or the callers hangs up. I got this info by typing in sequential hunt groups in the help section.
