HJT log - clean?

Co-worker asked me to look over his HJT log. Reported pc running very sluggish recently. Questions reveal that he recently loaded SP2. Items that he noticed running sluggishly are Filezilla (ftp program) and iTunes. I suspect SP2, but would appreciate any input from the rest of you guys. HJT log follows:

Your log looks good.
I'd turn off the firewall in sp2 and see what performance is like after doing so.

Looks ok to me but I must say that since installing SP2 on my machine I have noticed a severe downturn in performance....
