Hiya guys I hope you can help me.

I am using office automation to send an email from MS Access via Outlook.

The database will be distributed to several end users but when they send out the email I want there to be ONE(1) reply address, ie: one that is pre-defined by me as opposed to the actual person who sent it.

Can anyone help?

Andy

If only all problems were as easy to solve as this one!

Having DIMed and SET your object for the e-mail to be sent, set the property "SentOnBehalfOfName".

The return address in the header will show the ACTUAL sender name, but will say Sent On Behalf Of ... [the name you specify]. The really cool part is that the "Sent on behalf of" name becomes the return address, which is just what you're after.

However, if you don't want the ACTUAL sender to appear, I'm afraid that you're out of luck. I hope this is helpful,

Best regards,
