Hitting not ready key on ACD calls 2

Hi all,
I have a question about not ready key. When an agent hitting not ready key on an ACD call, call is disconnecting.
What i want to do is when agent press not ready key on ACD call agent will be not ready after ACD call has completed.
Is it possible to do that?

Nope. I ran into that as well. If you press Not Ready while on an ACD call, the caller will be cut off. I couldn't find anyway around it. If you have Symposium, you can set the Call Presentation Class to have "after call break" timer.

Alfacom:
Hitting the MSB Make Set Busy key will work the way you want.
You can activate MSB during a call. When the caller disconnects, you will be Logged out.
However, the Agent will have to Log in again afterwards.


 
Thanks for replies. I know that MSB is working but my customer doesn't want to do that. I will try to find another solution.
