Dear all,
The company that build our warehouse system is currently testing a version that will run on DB2 (we're running on ORACLE right now) That is quite well with us, apart from the fact that they have problems with the native DB2 ODBC components and want us to purchase something else (HIT ODBC)
This product provides record-locking and 'retrieve as needed'. For me it is hard to believe that IBM would not be able to deliver proper ODBC components. My experience is quite good. Has anyone experience wit HIT, are those guys missing some valuable parameter on DB2 ODBC ?? T. Blom
