We have ipo 500v2 9.1 I want to know the history of incoming and outgoing calls of the analog line with manager ?


 
Manager is a programming tool not a reporting tool

You get basic info via System Status but again basic and a reboot will reset it.

the customer wants to know the calls of a specified analog line.
 
You need to enable SMDR under system then find a reporting tool.

There's a free one here or more sophisticated paid for solutions.

Not that it helps you but Avaya did a free tool called Delta Server but this was discontinued years ago.
 
The SMDR program works like a charm, I have that on my home system and it creates 1 .csv file per month
The SSA only shows you incoming, outgoing and abandoned calls as a statistic not details. This is from my system but I am not using analog lines any more.
