Number Log
If you are using a digital you can use a feature called 'number log’ this captures the date, time and CLI info of the last 16 calls. The function can only be defined on telephone types, DBC 631, DBC 661/662 and DBC 203/213, and only when the optional feature Name and number Log is loaded in the exchange.
To enable this enter command…
KSFKCIR=xxxx,KEY=yy,FCN=NLOG;
Or if your have DNA Extension Manager. View the ‘Phone’ then click on a function Key, and then select ‘Number Log’.
The number log is only viewable from the extension. If you want to view calls without the extension knowing then you need to enable ’Call Logging’.
Call Logging
What MD110 version do you have? BC11… or BC10 etc.
If you have BC11 you can enable CIL (Call Information Logging) and just get calls for an individual extension, the data can then be sent via the NIU Ethernet interface to a PC running a suitable ‘Free’ capture program or to the MD110 HDU.
The following call data can be included in a record:
• Date
• End time
• Start time
• Call duration
• Calling party's number
• First and second access code
• Time in queue to a busy external line or route
• Queuing time for incoming call to PABX operator
• Ring time duration
• Queue time duration
• Dialled number
• Number of metering pulses
• Authorization Code
• Account Code
• Outgoing/Incoming External line identification
• Condition code
