History not available in CE10 ePortfolio

When I (administrator account) or any other user clicks a report title in ePortfolio the only options that appear are view or schedule. I can see the historical instances in CMC, but cannot in eportfolio. Has anyone seen this before?

I've checked the rights, and they are sufficient for viewing these reports.

This is CE10 on Win2k.
 
Any chances that someone has been playing around in the CSP pages for ePortfolio...?

They should be located at -
C:\Program Files\Crystal Decisions\Enterprise 10\Web Content\Enterprise10\ePortfolio\en

I'm not 100% sure which of the History files controls the Instance History window.
 
I found the issue - I had the wcs logging in with the system account rather than the domain one the other services are using.
