Hi,

I was wondering if there was a way to script something through a batch file that would open the latest instance of a report that has been scheduled. I know it possible to execute a report but was wondering if there was a easy way to open the completed instance and display it. We are currently on the XI version.

Thanks for the help.

The one thing I know is that reports generated are stored in Filestore/Output. I dont know how you can access though. Each one does get it's own unique id. Maybe the CMS database tables will have that information. Try looking there.

Can't recall if View Latest Instance is still an option in XI, but we used to use that hyperlink to allow users to view thelatest from their personal portal (non CE).

As for a batch file, do you mean a DOS prompt batch file?!?!?

Saying batch file is pretty vague, or if DOS, scary ;)
