A user completed a scheduled call, copy and paste an email body into the notes section. Now, this history entry are replicated into other contacts. Why is this happening? The user is a remote user and have sync'd to the server and I can see the history entry in other contacts as well. Any idea what could have happened and how do I remove these replicated history?

History entry is replicated into other contract's history
