Historical VDN reports

I am new to CMS, and need to run some reports against specific VDNs. Basically all I need is to report how many calls flowed into each VDN by hour of any given day. How do I do this?

You might have to do a little math but you can pull a Historical report, VDN, Report Skill Interval, or Skill Preference Interval. Depending on what you CMS interval is set for, 15 or 30 minute interval, you can see the amount of calls in each interval and add tehm together to see the number in an hour.
