I get an error when printing the Historical Stock Status Report for a specific item class. The inventory tables get updated from a 3rd party order entry product which transfers them to Invoicing and/or SOP.

The error is Unhandled script exception: Division by zero, script aborted. EXCEPTION_CLASS_SCRIPT_DIVIDE_BY_ZERO. SCRIPT_CMD_DIV.

I followed the steps in TK24876 (we're on version 7.50). There are no records in IV30300 that have blank or invalid UofM. Every UofM in that table (over 700,000 records) has a Unit of Measure that exists in the UofM Schedule. I also found TK25586 which mentions that this is no longer an issue with release 7.0.

I sent the dexsql.log to our VAR but this problem has been unresolved for a while and I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem?

Thanks.

Thanks!

Hasn't anyone seen this error before? I'm still waiting for a response from our VAR on the dexsql.log file I sent.

Thanks!

I've seen this before and it happened when the user changed the UofM schedule then used EACH instead of each. Check table IV30300 for any errors on the UofM column.

Yes I found the TK that says that could happen, however that is not the case here, and that TK says it is not a problem in 7.0 and we are on 7.5 already.

Thanks!

There is nothing in the dexsql log other than it just stops where the last invoice is backed out....then it shows the error message from SY01700 (There was an error printing the hss). It works for normal items but not for items that are sold using a 3rd party product. That probably doesn't help you, eh?

Great Plains has asked me to recreate the stored procs for this company, which I did, but it still does not work. I was also told to reinstall Smartlist. If that doesn't work I am going to install SP3.

So I will give that a try! Thanks for everyone's suggestions.

Thanks!
