I have a customer that is trying to pull up a login/logout report for a Saturday and there isn't any information in it. The call center was open and there were agents logged in. I also ran the report for the same Sunday with the same results. Historical stats section says that "The first business day of week, is Sunday" and the "Business week contains, 5 days." So if I run Mon-Sat. shouldn't it be 6 days? And if so, if I change it how much will my reporting now be affected?

 
The length of time the Login/out stats are kept is determined in configuration. It is usually quite a short period but this can be changed. Control panel, configuration, historical stats. Find the login/out and check the number of days and adjust it if necessary. You will need to check that it will fit the database size first by clicking the calculate button first before submitting. If it doesn't fit you could reduce the length of time for some other stats.
 
I think that report is defauted to only keep information for 3 days.
