My question deals with the Historical Reports....When we try to run a Historical report another window opens and it is completly white. The only way to close it is to end task. Historical Reports is the only thing not working with our set up. Here is the question...I went to the Web Client Server and it appears that Crystal Report Viewer is not installed on the Web Client Server (which seems very odd) no where in the Web Client Server setup did it say to install Crystal Report Viewer. That being said...On the Client PC's it is supposed to prompt you, when trying to run a Historical Report for the first time, to install Report Viewer. I am running in circles here....Please help if you can.
