Historical reports

Hi Everyone,

I'm having trouble with generting historical reports in Agent by Skillset Performance. Two users in particular are in a queue together and there is no data showing at all for these users in there skillset. I checked and they are both assigned to the skillset. I made a test call to there queue to try to generate data and it still does not show up. When I run other reports like Agent Performance I see the call I generated. Does anybody have any advice?
 
Can you post samples? Show where you see the calls in one report and not in another.
 
Are you blocked that data perhaps because of the access partition? Do you have full access to all data across all servers?
