Using Web client 4.5 - I would like to run a report to show calls into my selected Skillsets/Applications (seperate reports) on a time line basis.
In other words what time of the day the calls came into those groups.

I am trying to highlight the busy periods of the day.

There is no canned report that aggregates stats for several skillsets by time slot. The best you can do (without Crystal) is to get an interval report for each skillset and then manipulate in Excel to combine the stats across intervals.
