Ran into an interesting situation. We set up the Symposium Web client server(4.5) and I'm unable to view historical reporting. I'm able to access real-time data but when you hover over the reports for historical data they show as unavailable. I can view historical data using the web server itself but cannot from remote clients. Has anyone seen this before?

Yes I had the same issue.
There is a bulletin from Nortel on this.
Here is the excerpt you need to fix this problem.
Hope this helps.
===========================================================
Due to the ADODB.Stream object functions dependency with Symposium Call Center Web Client,
you must ensure the “Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe” security setting in
your IE trusted sites is set to “Enable” for your IE running on the Symposium Call Center Web
Client 4.5 and Symposium Call Center Web Client 4.0 server and desktop client PC if the critical
update for the Microsoft Data Access Component to disable the ADODB.Stream object is applied.
For all applicable Symposium product servers including Symposium Call Center Web Client 4.0,
Symposium Call Center Web Client 4.5, Symposium Web Center Portal 4.0, and Symposium Agent
2.3 that are running on the Windows 2000 platform, Nortel Networks recommends that you follow
the Microsoft recommendation to scan and recover from Download.Ject infection in IIS 5.0, and
apply the Microsoft MS04-011 security update immediately if it is not installed. Details on the
Internet Information Service (IIS) 5.0 Download.Ject detection and recovery advisory are available
from Microsoft:

Thanks for the tip, we'll give it a try.
