Historical Reports Crystal Viewer error

Hi There

I have a problem when trying to run a historical report on CC6. The report just shows a blank white screen.

I know it has to do with the Crystal ActiveX add on because when i disable it, the report pop-up shows a red X in the top left of the screen.

Anybody seen this before, please help. Last time i had this +/- 1yr ago i had to reload the PC.
