Can anyone assist with IPOCC 9.1 historical reporting? I have a few issues in setting up my customers historical reporting. Specifically when running a report of Topic, Abandoned Call List , and the 3 counters I get a total not a list. Am I doing something wrong? I have changed what few settings in the Basic Data with no change in output. Also, when I run an Agent Status Report for the week using counter Total Time of Presence I get an output of 1d 11 hours instead of total hours. So 1d 11 hours is actually 36 hours. Is there a way to show the total in just hours?
