Was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same issue we are currently having. We have three contact centers all networked together via our NCC. We have a local CCMS at each of our sites. Two of the sites are in IL and the third is in California. Both IL CCMS'run fine and we have never really had an issue with them; however, our CCMS in California constantly has issues with the HDC (historical data collector) service crashing.

Thinking that there might be OS corruption on the California CCMS, we just recently built out a new Windows 2003 server and moved the database off the old server and on to the new yet two days later the service crashed again so I am assuming that it has to be something with the database or some other variable that's not tied to the hardware or OS... mabe a flakey elan? Anyone have a similar experience or an idea as to what could be happening?

Sorry forgot to mention we are running CC6 across the board.
