Historical Report_ Strange Correction / AACC

Hello everybody ,

More than a year users are experiencing issue on Historical Reporting,then every time they came to me , i always do a shutdown then start the CCMA service and users can now get report details on Historical Report. This way always solve the issue, but honestly, i do not like this method, thus it is not fixed the problem for ever... that 's obvious, just a shutdown and start will never fix a such problem.

SO now i start this thread in case someone else already experienced the same problem or a similar one for this, finding out the right way to fix it once and never occurs.

Look on the Server that is running the CCMA ~ Crystal Reports is the engine that runs the reports. Often, the Service will Stop or Hang for no apparent reason. By Re-Starting the Service the Historical reports (and all reports) will be available
