Historical Report setting

Hi all, I am using Symposium Express Call Centre

When I run the report Agent by Skillset Performace for last month I get no data returned.

If I run this for last week I do get data returned.

apparently "The number of days storage for different report types is defined under ....Historic Reports Configuration"

I need to have a distributor login to see this ?
I can not find this setting in SYmp Express.
Is this available in the express edition.

Data storage duration in SECC is fixed and cannot be changed.

I think both interval and daily data is stored for 15 days, but I do not have documentation in front of me to double check.

Yes I had a fealing that this was the case..
You say you do not have the documentation to check.
Can you tell me which documentation can confirm this..
I may have some angry managers that I need to prove this too..

I also noticed that the Sym Express documnetation refers to reports ect that are only availiable in the full version of Symp..very confusing ..

Hi Ray.
I am also a SECC user and recently had the same problem. Resolved by logging in as the admin and going to "System Administration" then "Advanced Functions".
From there, select Reports and Displays>Historical Statistics.
Go to the Duration tab and change the length of time there.

Be careful not to exceed your server capacity. I found that marking anything over 12 months or so really soaks up the space.

Just to confirm that you are using Symposium EXPRESS ?
The only Option I have under system administration is "Backup".
There may be a higher login required.

So you are using EXPRESS ?
