Historical Agent Reports Showing No Data

Symposium Web Client V4.5
I've set up some new agent pins in Symposium Web Client. Agents are attached to skillsets and in the relevant Partitions. On the Real Time View display I can see the agent logged in, however, when I run historical reports on the agent pin, no data is coming back - not even on the Login/Log out report.
Has anyone got any suggestions?
