Can base SAS or Enterprise Guide do Histograms, Parato and Control charts? If so what procedure is it?

Yes. There is a PROC PARETO in SAS, and if you go to SAS/Enterprise Guide, scan through the "Task List" (if it's not visible go to View > Task List. Pareto is down at the bottom. Control Charts and Histograms are also listed there.

Unfortunately we don't have the SAS/QC module so I can not do the graph the easy way. Any other suggestions?

Sorry no. Without the SAS component you can't use the procedure. The only alternative is to create it yourself from scratch using other SAS datasteps and procedures. I can't help you with that though as I have no idea what a Pareto chart actually is. :)
That's actually quite irritating. SAS/EG shows the procedures listed, but when you go to run them, it throws out an error that you don't have them. Nasty.

Makes you wonder why the option for a Pareto is displayed when it really isn't an option.

I am going to export the data into Excel and do the chart there.

Thanks for your help.

The QC module may be worth the investment. I have used that module for years and find it to be the workhorse in a manufacturing process control environment. Base, STat, QC, Graph, Access to PC File formats, ODBC, and the SAS Intranet products provide an excellent set of tools to support a production unit...

in my opinion...
