how to solve this problem
thank you

Use the following AMOs:

ADD-HISTA:2500,DEACT ;
ACTIVATE-HISTA:DEACT;
CHANGE-HISTA:STALARM,DEACT;

Make the HISTA File but make it larger
ADD-HISTA:10000,DEACT;

If already added (2500) then delete and re-add using 10000

Acc. to official docs:
2500 - till V5
10000 - starting V6

Interesting.... When I do DIS-HISTA (V7) it tells me my directory size is 1000 KB. I have been wondering about that for a long time. Does that mean some idiot might have put in 1000 when they were supposed to put 10000?? Or am I misunderstanding? Mine might not even be 2500!! When I get a bunch of really stupid errors or a remote shelf goes down it usually fills up the log fast enough that I can never see why!!

So if that is the case, should I delete it, and then recreate it? I assume all the data will be gone, but I'm not currently problem solving anyway.

Thanks!

First make a copy of C-FBTHIST file than recreate it with 10000 value for V7 sys

Data will be archived into the platform, you won't have lost anything.

In Comwin,press file transfer button on buttons bar above (looks like a monitor) . Than press connect in new opened window and go to directory :pAS:C-FBTHIST in new window. Right click on file and Select Copy to ... choose desired location (desktop)
