Hipcom sip lines

Hi

Working on ipo 500 8.1(56) using 16xx phones and sip trunks.

All working, however I cannot get the system to either withhold the number sent or send specific ddi.

I have tried under the user's sip tab putting the ddi in but it still sends thelead number.
monitor trace shows main lead number being sent.


I have tried ticking the anonymous box, which then doesn't allow me dial at all.
monitor trace shows "anonymous@hipcom.co.uk" being sent

I suspect its the carrier, but they say its the switch.

Any ideas anyone.

Do you have "Use user credentials" selected in the SIP line URI?

I use the W in the shortcode (as with ISDN lines) with Hipcom trunk and it works fine, also sending DDI's works but you need the correct URI created as Intrigrant stated
