We presently have a ROLM 9751, changing to a HIPATH 4000. We used the feature *562 in the 9751, is there the same feature in the HiPath 4000?

Hi there,

I'm not familiar with the ROLM 9751, but if you can explain what the feature code does, it may help with looking for the comparison on the Hipath 4000. This is becuase you can configure the access codes for everything on the Hipath 4000 to suit what ever you require. However, there are limitations as you can only use the digit string once in the dial plan.

I just looked in my 9751 (9006) and I have a *563 for bad line reporting and a *572 to allow you to choose a new ringer pitch, but no *562 - that might be from 9005 or something...
