It doesn't matter, because if you have a Manager then it's not supported to use the Assistant as well. You shouldn't use two different management tools.
It's possible that there is a conflict here between the Manager and the Assistant trying to get the same data at the same time, you could look in the logs to check that, /opt/cm/sad/diabatch/SAVE is where it stores the commands and responses to RMX, you could check timestamps etc. But again, it still doesn't matter. You should be using Manager only.
