Can a switchboard transfer incoming calls to speeddial numbers unfortunately cannot test at this time due to Coronavirus Lockdown but I've had a request from the customer

The Kool Guy

Station speed feature is not applicable for attendants.

Thanks for the info then we will have to setup float numbers forwarded to mobile numbers

The Kool Guy

Have you tried dialling a speed dial number from the console ?

Consoles can for sure dial the speed dial codes from the central system speed dial.

If you look in ACSU you can see you can assign two lists to the console, the same as you can a station.

Code:
DIS-ACSU:2100;
H500:  AMO ACSU  STARTED
   +--------------------------------------------------------------+
   | ASSIGNED DATA FOR ATTENDANT TERMINAL |
   +----------+------------------------++--------+----------------+
   | ATNDNO   |                   2100 || ACTYPE |        ACW2QIP |

Operator can dial the SPDC1/SPDC2 codes, and they can be dialled as transfer destinations.

Output above is from V7 R2.

Maybe I did not undrestood the question correctly, but acc. to official docs at least SPDI is not supported for Attendants.

For SPDC it worth a try.

SPDI is different from SPDC
Speed Dialling Individual is different from Speed Dialling Central.

Operator can use Individual speed dials on buttons on the console if they wish.

Thanks guys but my question was can a switchboard console transfer a incoming call to external number using a speed dial number (with a external number programmed ) Hope that makes sense

The Kool Guy

Unfortunately not we are still in Lockdown but I will when the customer is open again.

The Kool Guy

I have answered that question when I said "they can be dialled as transfer destinations".

It works fine.

Thanks again for all for the feedback
