hipath4000 error 2119

Hi There,
could someone help me regarding my hipath4000 pc.
i'm trying to use configuration management to go to station but I'm getting
"Error during logon to server occured. (2119)
I just re started the PC and when I'm trying to connect I'm getting this error.
is there a procedure to use internet explorer to access the configuration management?

You need a username & password to access the HiPath Assistant.
The PC is in no way connected with the HiPath 4000, you just connect to the HiPath using a web browser on the PC.
It can be any PC, if that PC does not allow you to connect try another.
You have to complete the 'Client Preparation' on the web page before first log on.

The client prep can be found at

http://your4k

instead of https. Just follow the steps. You haven't said what software version your 4K is, if it's not the current one, Java 8 will give you problems, you will need something older. The client prep will tell you.

Error 2119 isn't usually a problem caused by client prep, it's a CM error, CM is not running properly on the Assistant. If you have ssh access to the 4K, you can manually restart the processes. An Assistant reboot doesn't always help with 2119 but you could try it first (reboot from Assistant UBA).
