I have the following questions about HiPath ProCenter Compact V2:
1 - Does HiPath ProCenter Compact V2 work with HiPath 3000 V7
2 - Is it possible to get a reports with the calling number to each agent.
3 - Can i get a report of the calling numbers after the "working" hours of the call center
In the HiPath ProCenter Agile can i use a 42" Screen to act as a Wallboard or Broadcaster. The client is an electronics store and they have these easily available!!
