hipath assistant expert ereur

we use hipath 4000 and untill his installation we have the same problem with the assistant ; when we logon an error is generate : erreur 103 ( grave erreur dans CORBA, selection/creation de IOR_object )
have anybody meet this error ?

I don't speak the language, but it feels like a permission problem - like it needs to create a file or directory and is not allowed. Is the name you are logged in under on the computer an Administrative user?

the name we logged on is a service user
with engr name ,this allowed us to connect with assistant
