Hipath 4K V5.0 Name display issue in network calls

Hi Friends

I have one new requirement from customer.

Hipath 4K v5.0 is integrated through PRI with KAREL PABX system.

From Hipath 4K to KAREL pabx caller name is displaying.

but

From KAREL to Hipath only caller number is displaying.

Trunk configured with ECMA V1.

Please help me to resolve this issue

As your Karel system is the calling party, have you check that it is sending the calling party name?
Have you used the Real Time Monitoring on 4K to see if the name is received?
