Hipath 4K V1.0 and Hipath 4K v5.0 networking

I am trying to connect both the systems and done all the programs well.But the B channel are not coming up.The media between the two systems are fiber provided by SCADA people.
Hipath 4Kv1.0 is having DIUN2 card and Hipath 4Kv5.0 is having DITU2 card.
I hope there is no any program errors.Is any one help me
I have configured with DIUN2 cards.But first time I am trying with DIUT2 card.
DIUT2 card with DIUT2 card works fine
DIUT2 with DIUN2 is having problem.
I hope any friend can help me

I tried with ECMA1 and ECMAV2 device still the same

Display Status:

DIS-SDSU:ALL,,PEN,PER3,X,X,X,X;

the problem was in OTN and now it is working.
