I have a hipath 4000 on our site. I'm working with the broadcast feature on the phones (#80). I have to 2 broadcast groups, each has 40 phones in them. 1 group takes long time to open the speakers on the phones. The other opens the speakers right away. Any thoughts

Thanks, That's what it's got to be. I found a hand full of phones that were dead. Which is also strange because these phones were dead and when checking them I would lift the reciever, hangup then lift it again and the phones would work. Like it was in some kind of sleep mode.
