Hipath 4000 Verison 3 and Octel 250

I have a weird integration problem with a hipath 4000 ver 3 and an octel 250. If a call comes across as Unkown from Telco, Octel gives the generic greeting, if the call comes across as ISDN, it gives the correct personal greeting. Only seems to happen from people who use vendors such as comcast, or quest for ip. If anybody has experienced this or has a fix let me know.

there is one HiPath 4000 v.2:
I want active the Pulse Dialing in CO Trunks (TM2LP) for connect to the another Analog system. becouse the operators need to make an internal call to the another system after they inter the special access code.
I need help that someone guide me.
