Hipath 4000 V6.0_Customer port log on rejection

Hi Friends,

I am getting error while connecting comwin through customer port.


Atlantic port is OK
Customer port log on rejected TCP/IP error.

Log in putty
run the command <TSN;

activate the famos ports
act-famos:famos;
still I am getting the rejection message

Through assistant also not opening ,portal and assistance is working fine.
system hard restarted
unix re installed but no use.

Please give me an idea to resolve this issue.
 
This is commands for Linux
# service webservice status
and
#service webservice stop
#service webservice start

these commands have to run through linux and its ok through putty also.

linux credentials are not available.

TRY this
Log on to Assistant
Go to Expert Mode/HiPath 4000/HiPath 4000 Expert Access/MML dialog/Open

Then after that you should be able to log on via Comwin as normaal.

If not then change the FAMOS tab on the Comwin entry to use 'Secure connection via Assistant' etc. and use your Assistant user/pass when logged on
