Hipath 4000 V5 - LAN Information / overview.

Currently we are using hipath 4000 V5 in our premises.
Please let me know how to collect/pull below details from connect or via WEB

Note :
1)I checked in this url (

but not able to find network ip address in this web access management..
2) Lan information available on another location EPABX but that system running on V7

Those IP's you are asking for are for HP4K V6 and above. But you are V5. You only have the Assistant IP to worry about.
