I have Hipath 4000 V5 after logon hipath 4000 by comwin the following message will be appeared

What was the last thing you remember anyone doing to it?

Did anyone make any significant configuration changes? Did anyone remove the SIM card? I don't know where the SIM card goes but I know there is one in there someplace.

It appears the system is running in Trial Mode right now (30 days), but I don't know why Admin is blocked. My first uneducated guess would be it's SIM-related if you didn't try to add anything you weren't supposed to.

Have you tried a shutdown and restart?

It's not clear if this system is MONO or Duplex. I take care of multiple Hipath 4000 systems and have had this problem a number of times. The system should be powered off to perform this function. In the A1 processor (-.) on the display is the SIM chip with codeword information. You should find it on the left side of the
DSCXL card in a small carrier that flips open. This is seen holding the CPU horizontally, component side up. Carefully remove the SIM chip from the holder. Using
a pencil eraser (yes) carefully clean the gold plated areas and re-install the chip. Don't go crazy and rub off the plating. These chips apparently have an oxidation problem and the CPU can't detect their presence when this happens. This has fixed the issue for me 100% of the time. If the system is MONO the SIM is found in the one and only CPU that's installed.
