Hipath 4000 V5 and CAP V? need help

Hello

I had disk failure with Windows 7 where CAP serwis was installed.
CAP was used for connect external call recording system from HiPath 4000 V5.0
Call recording is connected via 2 E1 (60 channels 30 input, 30 output) to record calls from system.

so

1. I can not identify what version of CAP should be intsalled on external PC -
mayby somone has H4K V5 with external CAP ?

2. I have seweral license for CAP 1 nad CAP 3 but i cannot import this liense for CLA (license Agent) allways error -
what license should be ?
