Hipath 4000 V4 upgrade to OS4K V10

hi friends
i got the offer for system upgrade hipath v4 to openscape v10
and found the reduction of flex comscendo license about 60 from total 117 that is 57 .
why this reduction
old available qty =117
in offer shows 57 only
what about the reduction of 60 licenses.
can any one explain please why they reduce the license qty in v10

Trunks are no longer use licenses since V8
V10 now only has SLES licenses - one for each processor (STMIX Cards have a processor also)
OSMO licenses
TDM and IP Phones are also licenses
