HIpath 4000 v4 number translation 1

I have a Hipath 4000 v4 with a 23 channel PRI incoming. I seem to recall seeing a translation table long ago watching an engineer to change the incoming 4 digit number (5000) to a different internal extension (9000) without using the CFW feature. Is there anyway to accomplish this locally without having Telco permanent call forward from the CO?
