HiPath 4000 UNIX recovery

Hi all,

any and all insight into this is appreciated... i'd like to get some feedback to check if the following procedure may result in a UNIX recovery on a HiPath 4K single processor. The HiPath 4K UNIX recovery procedure documenation i have does not outline this option, but thought that it would be worth a try...

copy I partition from Master CF over to the I partition the harddrive by: COP-DDRSM:A1,6,I,1,I;

then DEA-DSSM:A1,6; and remove CF to protect integrity of Master CF

then DEA-DSSM:A1,1,,YES; to deactivate HDCF card

then ACT-DSSM:A1,1,YES,,YES; to activate HDCF and initiate UNIX ware reboot and reinstall

Sounds good - give it a try.
I only go for full installs myself but if you have the RMX then why not.
