HiPath 4000 Sta-Hista Alarms

Waiting for a call back from support, but was wondering in anyone had any idea what these alarms are. They are showing up 10 or 12 times a minute in the log. Guessing this is related the the problems we have been having with our Syntellect system dropping and not transferring calls correctly.

Could be a problem with the RTM (The backplane of the Processor)
Suggest you upgrade/update to latest release of software then if error still there contact the support again.
